Wolfgang Peter Anthony, Musical Entertainer
Wolfgang, or just Wolf, as his friends call him, is an award winning veteran musician and recording artist who has performed in many concert halls and other venues for international audiences. He appeared in a number of European TV shows, played roles in two movies (no Oscar though). Some of his compositions have even been featured in films and videos. EMI, the largest record company in the world, offered him and his band, The_four_Windows, a five year record contract. They produced an album and a number of singles, of which Wolf’s “Lonely Seagull”, became an instrumental hit in Europe in 1982. Wolf left the band in 1985. After moving to Florida’s East coast in 1987, Wolf performed in many venues and even played lead guitar for the Reggae band “Dreadful Riddim” in Miami, followed by entertaining guests of a popular restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. At some point, Wolf decided to take a creative pause from performing and focus more on his hobby: Oil Paintings. He produced a number of paintings, some of which had been displayed at the Von Liebig Art Center in Naples, FL and featured in juried Art Exhibitions. Later, he continued entertaining mature audiences with the great hits of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Neil Diamond, Elton John, Lionel Richie, Elvis, Tom Jones, Frank Sinatra, and others. His songs certainly brought back many fond Memories!
